KDE Startpagina
In the Netherlands we have something called startpagina. It consists of all kinds of different prefixes and contains links to that subject. So we have linux.startpagina.nl, ubuntu.startpagina.nl, but that goes about every subject people can think of, there are 5,818 of them. Each page maintained by someone.
I discovered that there was no such thing like kde.startpagina.nl. So I created number 5,519 and filled it with all kinds of links I had stored in my bookmarks.
And now starts the fun stuff, I need your help! Send in the coolest KDE related links that you know so I can add them to the page. If you can check if it missing on the page that would be great, but could be hard for non-dutch speaking people. Concurrentie == competition in Dutch :-)
What about asking for help via the promo-mailinglist, too?

I like your list and the whole concept of it. I don’t think there’s a similar service here in Germany, at least I’ve never heard of it.
One question though: Does “Concurrentie” mean the same as “Konkurrenz” in German? If so, I’d consider a different term for the heading. The way that the term is used in German, it has a negative connotation. It’s not negative as such, it just subtly implies a negative view on the competition. Obviously, I don’t know whether the Dutch term implies the same, but if it does you might consider rephrasing the heading to something more neutral.

Competition is a bit to harsh indeed. I changed it to ‘Other desktops’.
hmm didn’t read your post too well. Perhaps the wording “alternatives” (alternatieven) or “related projects (gerelateerde projecten) is better suited here?
