I absolutly agree. Please turn it off for all lists. Unfortunately I admin only one list :-(

Why are those passwords even _stored_ in plaintext?

I’d like to add that to change this setting for more than one list, one can do that in one go by checking “Set globally” checkbox on, near the “Get password reminder email for this list?” option.
