Sending passwords in plain text is a bad idea to start with, doing it regularly without reason is even worse…

Login into the admin, go to the ‘General Options’, half way down there is a section ‘Notifications’, where the option is for the monthly password reminders.

It’s the default for new lists KDE sysadmin creates, but there are still a few mailing lists which have that bit set. If you need help, ping me on irc or file a sysadmin bugreport, the address is in the footer of bugs.kde.org.
